Cayman S or 996 C4S

My cayman s had 19 carreras. S alloys and no pawn and to be f rank it was terrible on the roads around here,on smooth Tarmac beautiful. Switching to michelin pilotvsports did help but the boxster s with 18 ,s are much smoother over mixed conditions . Do try you shell out on 19,s! And enjoy!!

Well if the PASM has been said to be on the soft side of normal in the soft setting and high side of normal on the hard setting then if the roads are bad not necessarily a good thing to fit 19's but it is all according to preference. There is supposed to be a similar level of difference between 18's & 19's. So following this reasoning the difference should you fit 19's with PASM will give you hard setting plus half the difference between the soft and hard settings. Maybe someone has experience of using both sizes on their own PASM equipped car. I find 19's on std suspension fine but prefer hard suspension anyway, never driven a car with PASM.

I removed the standard rear exhaust tip today and replaced with the OEM Porsche twin tip version that I bought off a fellow forum member, such a great addition and freshens the back end up a lot. Also had the front bumper resprayed recently to do away with some unsightly stone chips. Ordered some H&R spacers today for the rear (14mm), which I hope to get fitted some evening next week. Also got my reg transfer sorted and my new plates put on yesterday, so all in all I'm quite happy so far. I have decided to hang fire with new wheels until salty road season is drawing to a close, so perhaps February I'll sort a set out. For now I'll just enjoy burning the PS2's off it!
