Looks like there might be a couple of places available, so Yvonne and I would like to attend please, if that's OK.

Regards

Alan Tombs

I’ve added you both to the list. That’s 39 of 40 spaces now allocated.

Hello Tony, I'm sorry to hear that you've both been unwell and that you will not be attending on the 5th Jan, thanks for letting me know. Hopefully we'll see you at a future event.

Stuart, thanks for letting me know - I was looking forward to seeing your 718 Cayman GT4. I hope that your 911 works out well for you.

Good Day and a Happy New Year, planned work trip cancelled so have an opportunity to attend with either wife or daughter.

Glad you can come along, I’ve added you to the list.

Now down to 3 spaces remaining.

Hi Andrew, Space permitting could you please add myself and my wife to the list. Apologies for late response.

Best regards,

Trevor

Hi Andrew, I think after the above post from Trevor that leaves one space still available, and it looks like I can now make it on Sunday, so if it’s still available can I nab it? [:D]

Is the start time fixed or is it OK if I get there a bit late? It’s a bit of a drive from London so I may not get there at 9am, but would hope to be there by about 9.30am.

Thanks

Caroline

I’m pleased to say that all places are now taken.

You may arrive anytime from 9:00 a.m., the only stipulation being that we need to have left at 11:00 a.m. or shortly afterwards so that The Barn can get ready for lunch.

A row of parking spaces nearest The Barn will be reserved for us but other parking is available.

The Barn can be found at Kimbridge, just off the A3057 Romsey to Stockbridge road, the turning is signed and is opposite The Bear and Ragged Staff pub.

If travelling from the south coast on the M27 or A31 you’ll probably want to leave the M27 at junction 3 and travel through Romsey, you may find other routes if using a map or satnav.

If travelling from the north or east my inclination would be to travel via Sutton Scotney, then take the A30 to Stockbridge, then follow the A3057 towards Romsey.

If travelling from the west I’d be tempted to go via Salisbury, then take the A30 to Stockbridge and from there take the A3057 towards Romsey.

The met office are currently predicting only 10% chance of rain on Sunday.

I look forward to meeting you all on Sunday, please try and introduce yourself to me, particularly those of you I haven’t met at previous Cayman Register meetings.

I’m not going to be able to join you on Sunday. Apologies for the short notice, hoping someone can use my place. Look forward to meeting you all later at another event. Mark

No problem Mark, thanks for letting me know.

Hi Andrew,

Sorry for doing this short notice, but I too will have to pull out. Apologies, and hopefully I'll make it to more later in the year.

Thanks

Now 2 spaces available.

That was a very successful meeting!

Thank you everyone for attending, I travelled all of 5 miles but others were far more impressive having travelled from places such as Devon, Dorset, Hertfordshire, Kent, and Sussex. I reckon there were around 28 Caymans present of varying models and ages. The weather was fine too!

Photo’s to follow.
