No need to pre-order but I just want to know who's likely to want to order food when they are there so that I can inform the cafe.

Gutted I canā€™t make this now. Looking like itā€™s going to be great morning.

I hope somebody takes plenty of pics and gets them up online to celebrate getting together and our great cars. Maybe #caymansandcoffee?

This would be really good if with could do a regular monthly meet nothing to formal just a meet and great at a cafe or pub , maybe even some events eg track or car based events . Would be happy to help with orginising .

Andrew,

Happened to drive past the Departure Lounge earlier today and saw that they had a car boot sale there taking up all the meadow and car park. I was told there was one every Sunday morning. Checked their website which confirms its held every Sunday and Bank Holiday. http://hillsidecarbootsale.co.uk/.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention Neil, when I first posted this thread I'd already asked them if the field would be available for a morning Cayman meeting in 28th October, I'll contact them again to get confirmation. Watch this space....

Andrew

Awesome!

How much is a pitch?

I need to do a car boot sale; time to test the the legendary capaciousness of the froot & boot!

Hello Andrew,

My wife and I would like to attend please. Probably just a simple snack for food.

Best regards,

Trevor MacDonald Bennett

Hi Andrew, we'd love to come with our 987, and very much look forward to meeting everyone. There will be myself and my husband, David, and we'd like to eat please. All the best, Sarah

Update: 10/10/18. I'm sorry to say that I'm going to have to change the venue because it turns out that the field we were to use is shared with a car boot sale on Sundays, this was not mentioned to me when I first contacted them. I will advise you of the new venue as soon as it is confirmed.

Hi Andrew. Count my wife and I in. Kikka and Darren. First event attended and coming from Kent. Noticed a few names I recognise from COC. Would be good to meet. Count us both in for food.

Thanks Andrew

You could try Blackbush airport

Would certainly consider that for a future meeting but for now I have two venues in mind to replace The Departure Lounge. A decision will be made early next week.

I would love to go but a little to far away for me. Hopefully will get one in the midlands.
