Classics at Stony Stratford, New Year'™s Day

See your point, we got soaked anyway - but had a great drive down and back and met some stalwarts.
Pity about the wet stuff [&:]

.........hope the weather is like last year.

Sorry about that comment, it always seems to rain when I take my 911 out of the garage,
I did get to the show about 12.30 to find most of the participants had gone home, assuming they were there in the first place.
I did see the Brescia Bugatti and the Tricycle in the town centre, it was great to see that the veterans don't mind a bit (?) of rain.

Happy New Year to All

At least you take it out of the garage, unlike many others [;)]

Sorry we missed you, Robin - was "˜sort of' reasonable weather earlier, but went rapidly downhill after that [8|]
Marvellous swift exercise for the 924T though, dodging the puddles[:D][:D]

Happy New Year, too!

We also witnessed (well heard) the Bugatti and the 3 wheeler leaving the square, then after one last look at the Classics and in particular a nice Ginetta G15 we headed for Cameron's for hot drinks and food before leaving.

As I didn't see anyone else, assumed you were all 'Fair-weather Types' for which I apologise.

"˜Oh ye of little faith'... sorry we missed you too[;)] (almost lost faith on this one!)

Some of us braved it Gary and I tell you the lycra got really soaked!! [>:] Great pity about the weather- I didn't stay above half an hour and needed to pedal off home to keep warm!!
Anyway, all the best for 2014 to one and all.
Regards,
Mike.
