Cookie cutters

Thank god for that, i was getting worried.
The wheels on my car look ok, BUT i prefere the cookie cutters, also, i dont like spacers and my car doesnt feel right under braking, i was thinking that this was down to the offset of the wheels, as long as they will fit ok and the car will handle propperly i,m happy. . . . [:D]
Now i need to sell my wheels and tyres with/without spacers so i can buy some tyres, any recomendations on what size i need and a good all round tyre. . . . .
cheers AGAIN,
Dave

The original size was 185/70/15 which was quickly superceded by 195/65/15 or 215/60/15(option) and the car has four of each. I prefer 215/60/15. I bought a nearly new 944 from an OPC when I was a lad and theyd replaced the tyres with 195/65/15s and they felt terrible to me. I bought a 2.7l car a few years ago and that had 195s all round and that felt terrible too, although that might have been a combination of the tyres and the geo.

There isnt a great deal of choice in the original sizes now. Id be tempted to look on Camskills site with a calculator and see if I could find something attractive, that fits and is the right rolling radius and which doesnt break the bank.

Thanx for the help Simon, i work in a garage and we deal with our local tyre fitting emporium, so they give us really good deals on tyres for our own cars, the 215/60/15 option is really looking good, fingers crossed i can get something decent eh. . . . for some reason i thought the front tyres were narower. . . . . . dont no why i thought that.
Thanx again for the help,

Dave
