Cornbury House - December

I'll be there with my other half [:)]

I'll be getting up in just over 8 hours for the drive.

See you soon everyone [;)]

Hello to everyone I met at Cornbury

Hey Phil, I took a look at your wheels and they do indeed look great - as does your whole car.

Marc, always impressed by the presence of your car - it just looks so 'right' - and thanks for the cool tie clip!

924Nutter (John Barnett) - your technical knowledge is amazing, you make it seem like anyone could do anything from an oil change to a engine stripdown [:)]

It was a good day [:)]

Thanks Paul

Sorry i didnt get to the event earlier, i decided to take a stroll rather than sprint to HQ this time round, as the wife was with me and i didn't want to jar her. I'm sorry if i didn't catch up with everyone but i'm sure i will in time [:D] PS i still have some tie clips if anybody fancies one. Or i might just save them for the next meet. I know its a little way off yet but Merry Christmas to you all

Marc

Thanks for the kind words Paul. The car did look good before 120 miles of dirty motorway spray.....

great to meet up and get to meet 924Nutter at last.

cheers.......... Phil

Why thank you Paul, but the whole point is anyone can. As I said someone somewhere put together what I want to take apart. All you have to know is how it comes apart/goes back together.

If you want to see technical, read the bit about the 924 that wont cough or splutter. For those who require it, a stoichiometric ratio is a mixture of fuel and oxygen at ratio that when burned, all the fuel and all the oxygen is consumed. This virtually never ever occurs in het internal combustion engine, which is why cars from California have a labyrinth of pipes, oxgen sensors, and all sorts, recirculating the exhaust gas back into the inlet and pumping air into the exhaust manifold to try to burn as much "gas". No wonder the 924 only produces 115 bhp in America
