Cornbury House

Me.

I'm aiming to be there for 11am, talk about the glories of 944 ownership for our doubting Thomas, look at the model cars, then get some grub at the pub recommended by Graeme

I can hardly go to Cornbury two weeks in a row. But there again, it would give me the opportunity of trying out the new TomTom 5 back way again. [:D]

I'm going (to the pub anyway - which one is it and when?), and in the MTGC at that, so you can't go John.

This is true. I have no intention of taking it to the Morgan visit or the dinner, so neither of you will see it then either.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]To be fair though you have at least seen it previously, Tony. I don't think John has ever been in the same place, even when it was standard.[FONT=verdana, geneva"]

We will be there, the pub is The Fox at Broadwell (01451) 870909 Please could anyone wanting to eat confirm numbers ASAP I have booked 10 places for 1.00pm @ ÂŁ7.25 for traditional roast (Beef, Pork or Lamb) other light meals & veggie options are avaiable.

So Far we have:

Graeme & Tracey
Fen
Paul Smith
Wizzard + Vicky
John Simms

Sorry for my ignorance but what's the occasion? Is there some sort of event or is it just a gathering of like-minded people?

There is a Model Fair organised, Paul wants to see Fen's car to find out what can be done to create a better track weapon & it is an excuse for us all to get together after the xmas break.

The "?" after may name would rather pull her nails out with pliers than spend Sunday talking about cars. I paraphrase, but that's the gist, so it's just me.

And I want to give mine a bit of a run too. [:D]

Graeme, you can remove the ? after my name too. I'm not allowing Debbie anywhere near your Cabriolet now that spring is approaching (she nearly had me down at www.911virgin.com last week looking at the gorgeous Turbo Cab that they had. Luckily it's now sold :ROFLMAO:

The Little Man is playing football, so it will just be me. I don't do football - it is something that the current Mrs Sims takes him to.

So it looks like I might get to see Fen's track weapon before Scotland after all - and I'm rather looking forward to rubbing shoulder with a few models as well [8D]

Paul,
I think you are safe to bring Debbie, Tracey is getting too attatched to the Cabriolet it's starting to look like I will have to find a Turbo as a 4th car. But that does mean I will be able to put more goodies into it when funds allow & take it to trackdays.

John & Rick,
Will you be joining us for food?

I've got one f those as well [:D] [:D] [:D] - so she's not invited.

There could be another new register forming in Scotland then - "Girls who have no interest in cars"

I fear the answer may be " 'er indoors v4.01" [:D] [:D]

WUF will be there...

Rick.
