Hi - is this event cancelled yet? I've been in touch with the Spirit of Yorkshire re. Whisky Tour (tel 01723 891758) they are keeping a list of people who have booked the tour but don't want a refund. You can reschedule your trip for a later date. Just thought I would share this option. Best wishes
Good morning, you beat me to this, I have spoken with all three venues, The Talbot, Spirit of Yorkshire and The Balloon tree to see if they are happy to keep our bookings in the diaries, we can then assess whether the government measures have been successful in fighting the virus, these small businesses will be facing severe hardship following the impact of the virus and will need our support when we come out the other side.
Obviously should this not be viable, I will postpone until a time when it is. As our group visit is two months away and relatively small, this seemed a workable option, of course anyone who does not wish to go on the 17th May would be able to cancel.
