Cows in a field...

I had a couple of Vitesses too, fab cars in their day but now not really a practical every day car as they are too fragile.

Whereas a 964 is tough enough to use every day, I'm using mine most days and its great, the fact the heater works properly and water doesn't leak in probably helps a lot though. The other nice thing about a 964 is that it feels like you are going a lot faster than you actually are so you don't have to push it to have fun! The problem with new cars and I've driven 997's, the M5 and an RS4 is that they just don't feel that fast as they are too refined. The exception to this was a GTR which was mind blowing!

I had a 996 MKII GT3 for 3 years and whilst I didn't like its road manners it was certainly exciting to drive. As for the cooking versions, I think they'd make a nice everyday car but I'm not sure it would be something you'd want to pamper and preserve as it's not going to retain much of its value in the future. If i didnt have to have a daily driver hatchback ( clio 182 cup - great car)

I would complement my 964 targa with a coupe or turbo to modify

3rd car F355 if i had £40k+ plus to spare

Money no object i agree a pre-73 RS or 964 RS please santa
