I don't know of any pubs outside the station. Within the station there's an upstairs pub opposite approx platform 3 (I was last there 3 years ago so it might be a Boots by now). Mark, want to meet there at, say, 5?.
Will be travelling up from suburbs about 5ish hope to hit Waterloo about 5.30-6.00......so where is Mucky D's mobile numbers would be good....

Mark
There are a couple of pubs on Waterloo Road which are easy to find. The Old Fire Station is about 30 yrds south east of McD on the same side of the road. The Wellington is directly opposite the Jubliee Line entrance to Waterloo Station.
Thanks tat.
I also still don't know what Mucky d's is.
Does anyone want to meet in the Wellington at, say, 5 (my train will in fact get into Waterloo just after 5).

Doesn't really help. I guess I'll have to hang around Burger King and see what happens. I've given up trying to meet up beforehand for a drink so see you or phone you at about 6.45, Dan.
PS - I only recently realised that I'm gate crashing what started off as an invite to the 912 group. Sounds like you don't mind. Anyway, I'm old enough to remember hankering after porsche's as a child.
