Customer Satisfaction Enhancements!

Update: I stand corrected. While the dash vent warranty issue was fixed on my '05 987, the OPC also took care of three "workshop" items (no recall problems but little things they have found a better solution for meanwhile or they've seen break in the past).

WS46 - fit seal on left bulk head cover (over pollen filter)
WS47 - fit washers (?) bolting roof motors
WS56 - new bolts for front boot lock
 
Had my Sports Chrono clock replaced today and whilst they took care of that they also did 'Recall W556' which I was told means the front bonnet lock bolts where replaced, the service manager wasn't sure why it was being done but at least its done now.
 
Had the 987 roof rattle, rusty suspension bolts, rattles galore, broken vents, paint flaws (3).... Not to mention skipping CD player and a few more!

Getting a whole new car on 1st Sept!!!
 
Chased up the OPC today - just realised it was a 987 purchased Jan !!
Promised to speed up the matter - we will wait and see. Suggest a new seat cover fitted - not too sure on that - new car sounds better. Met a friend yesterday on way back from Raby Castle - he had a faulty sat nav on his new Discovery - offered money back but finally settled for a top spec new vehicle and done very quickly. That is service !
