In case you have missed it, a week on Sunday, the 29th of March is the R15 Dartmoor Convoy Drive.

We will be meeting at the car park in the centre of Bovey Tracey at approximately 11.00am and then departing for the first part of our scenic tour of Dartmoor to arrive at the Two Bridges Hotel for lunch in their elegant dining room at approximately 12.30. We then depart after lunch for a further picturesque drive over the moor finally passing through Widecombe and arriving for a cream tea back at the Brookside tea rooms in the centre of Bovey Tracey.

This event requires just a charitable donation of £5 per car, and lunch, if you require it, with options from £10.95 to £16.95 for the full 3 courses. We do however need to know if you are intending to join in, so that we can advise the hotel of numbers, so please reply to Simon's email and get your application form back ASAP. Lets have a really good turnout for the first events of the New Year.

Look forward to seeing you on the day.

34 people booked in for the drive and lunch in 17 cars !! Should be a great day.

Shame on those R15 members who have let this one slip by !!

Guess what I've been roped into working Sunday at one job and cannot even get time off for Saturday at the other, I can't wait for this weekend[:'(] oh well I'm saving more money I suppose.

Hopefully it can wait for next weekend, if not it's nothing too major as I won't be insuring it until my 21st birthday in June anyway, it'll be an excellent present I think (saves a huge amount on insurance too).

Which scoob STi did you have?

I'll post some photos, Jase, so you can see what you missed - I know, I'm all heart.[;)]

I feel named and shamed........ I must go now and thrash myself with a branch in a Faulty Towers kind of way, I hope this will be a sufficient punishment for such an offence. [;)][:D]

Id rather be with you guys cruising cross the moors than be at work thats for sure.[:(]

Hi Jon,
It was a MY 05 WRX STi with PPP. Then it got a bigger turbo, uprated discs and pads, Prodrive springs, Decat front pipe, High flow air filter and remap by Andy Forrest (the man!).

Sorry, folks![8D][:D] This photo was before the springs were fitted which lowered it somewhat, especially the fronts - looks like it's on stilts in this one!

They do look quite evil in black. I bet it sounded good with a decat too. I see what you mean by it looks like it's riding on stilts that's a lot of clearance in the wheels arches.

I've been looking at P1s and RB320s and I'm considering getting a an Evo VI Tommi Makkinen edition too but that does seem a little pointless.

and don't forget that the clocks go forward in the early hours of Sunday morning [:)]
