Dartmoor Convoy Drive - 29th March

More reliable than the V8 one I believe. They do look stunning though, but I think you've made a good choice going for the 928 I do like them and yours looks very nice in silver, I'll have to try and make it to one of the meets sometime and have a proper look.

We peeled off back home second time at Two Bridges while the others carried on to Bovey Tracey to stuff down a cream tea (not that long after a large roast lunch!

Looks like I missed out on a great day, I bet I had more fun working though[:(][:'(]

Went across a lot of the roads I used to enjoy driving when I had my Porsche.
 
Yeah I know what you mean, I know deep down I feel so much better for doing a full days work rather than cruising across stunning sceinery on a gorgeous day with other Porsche enthusiasts, besides......... mine would have just got lost in amoungst all those other 928's so its probably just as well. [:(][:(][:(]

Seriously though im gutted and it looks like you guys had a ball as well as the best of the weather, some lovely cars there and credit to their owners just wish I could have made it...... anyway see you at the next pub meet. [:D]

Glad to see there was no snow to hamper proceedings...there was last year!

Yes Jane, nice that the cabs could go topless - can't often do that in Summer on Dartmoor!! Not sure about the cat, the car next door was a 6 week old Gen 2 PDK Boxster and a few to right was the GT3 RS![:D] Turned a few heads down Plymouth Rd, Tavistock but I always think people are only making one of two very distinct and very opposite comments!![:D][&:] The World, wife and all the kids were out and about but still great fun.
