Drove My First S2 Today

I only drove it because it was Guards Red!!! Not sure I would have entertained it otherwise. It may not have made it to motorway speeds [:D] The colour gave it the edge I think.

Nope, BB is quite correct. A Baltic S2 is, by some margin, the quickest 944 in the range. Couldn't reach motorway speeds, eh? I'm amazed that simply painting a car red makes it so much slower!

Perhaps investing in some blue paint may be a wise move for all your red turbo owners. Could be a fair bit cheaper than all your shenanigins with boost controllers and chips and enhancers and wastegates and whatnot ... [:D]

Oli.

ORIGINAL: bumperblue

Going back to Robs original point of S2 compared to Turbo. He was obviously forgetting the massively important fact about colour! As everyone knows a Baltic Blue S2 is the fastest colour, rather like mine.

ahem...cough ...actually to be strictly correct the Dove blue is a little faster [;)]

How stupid am I ive just relised my car is Cobalt Blue which does officially make it faster, than even dare I say, Dove Blue. Quite a nice colour actually.

I can see a Top Gear type showdown looming [:D]

Do you think we should invite those tubo hooligans ?[:D]
