East Fortune Trackday, 4th March 2006

Sorry to hear you can'r make it but could you do us a favour and provide a late local forecast as you live close to the track
Basicalydon't want to trek through if 80% chance of snow ( 79% ok tho)

It's a foot or so of snow up in Aberdeen, getting a bit worried wether this will happen or not.

Either way, Dave and I have decided to travel down the night before and take some lodgings close by. Was thinking of North Berwick, at least there will be a pub!

Any ideas William (968er)?

Towed the car via a Range Rover over a mile to get out of my friends farm today and back into town. 15" predicted snowfall tonight.

Still going to head for North Berwick tomorrow if all is well!

Just realised that's the first picture I have posted of my Boxster!

Recone you guys should check out the weather before starting out as it does not look to good ,heavy ish snow in E-K at present and if it persists could be tricky is there some one on the East coast that can let us know what it is like over there .

Really good day

Track is fast and fun.

Our select group made friends with local tyre and exhaust outfit. Perhaps a story for the Tues meeting.

All will be revealed
