East Midlands 964 Meet, Sunday 11th May 2008

Just to re-iterate North-bound convoy information. Mark Dernes (911addict) is meeting up at Toddington Services for 9:15-9:30 with 3 Turbos and I'm hoping to connect with them at J15A Services, I'd guess around 9:45 or thereabouts. Anyone willing and able to meet at either place are welcome.

Regards

Dave

Well it was a top day out right from meeting a couple of other 964s for the convoy over and then getting a total of 20 964s in the carpark of the Wheatsheaf Inn. It was great to put usernames to faces and chat about upgrades. Personally I managed to sit in 3 different types of shell seat which was very helpful in making up my mind of what to get for mine [8D].

It was the first time for me to see 964 turbos up close. What cool cars these are! [:)] Ollie's rare RHD RS was another star of the day [:)]. I managed to speak to most owners on the day but if I missed anyone, I'll catch you next time [;)].

Hi Guys, gutted I missed it, looked like a good turnout.

Three girls in my family meant I had to ferry them to see Girls aloud in Bournemouth last night. Life wouldn't have been worth living if I hadn't got back in time for that, so couldn't risk the long drive up to you.

Can't believe I've had the car on the road now for 4 months now and still haven't managed to get to a meet.

So more photos pleeeease!!!

All ready for Brooklands in a couple of weeks though. Here's hoping for more good weather!!

See you there, Bob.
