Any PCGB members out East Northants way Thrapston ,Oundle areas , most activity seems to be far west of the county ?[:)]

Is Rushden local enough [;)]

Also, Marc (930 Turbo) is not far from Kettering...and there are more . What have you in mind for East Northants ??

Well I can see Raunds footy club floodlights from our bedroom window and thats 8 miles away , so Rushdens close . Kettering is where my business is .

Maybe a pub meet for a few East Northants Porsche fans.
Most people on here seem to know other members , we know hardly any .

Somewhere like Barnwell Mill ( thinking of the parking ) or whats the one near Waitrose . Needle and Awl ??

Needle and Awl ??

Nice one... ! but the car wouldn't even get warm to meet there ![;)]

How about Sywell ?

Great Venue...good car park... (real) Art Deco hotel, and an Aerodrome as well !

Sunday PM is normally OK. What say we organise a meet there soon on a sunday ? We need to post up to a few other region 10(e) folks. [:)]

Good to see another R10 member posting an interest in seeing an event happening in another part of the Region. [:)] I would encourage anyone else who is in your vacinity to post here to support a meeting in the area - you never know, with enough interest it could become a regular feature!

Will you or Steve take this forward to suggest a date / venue to me first (to check for clashes), then post here?

Sunday is ok , but have other car events and hols planned over next few weekends .

Mid week evening would be ideal for us at the moment and Sywell is great , certainly easy to get to . Thursday or monday ??????

Exactly what I've been keen to promote - a midweek event! Good luck with it.[:)]

Sywell sounds good to me. I've only ever driven past it, but the Mrs has been there to look round the small museum with a school trip and said the whole place is like a mini Alladins cave for small aircraft. Would love to meet in the bar one evening?

Are we at the beginning of a "plan" ? If so, then bully beef ! Sywell is a great venue. So, now all we need to do is work to a mutually compatible mid-week date.

Q - Is this coming week too early ?

This Thursday 28th July - How does 7:30-8pm sound ? I can be very flexible on timing, but (this week only) not so flexible on the date. It would be brill if it became even remotely regular

Gulp..(hang on..let me check if they do bar food)

THEY DO...[:)]

Greater success than at our last Monthly Meeting, eh![8|] (Next time I'll double check arrangements).

Or 7.30, whatever suits best. I have to stop off at Northampton Auctions for a bit so will be there between 7/7.30.

We also have a prospective SC buyer coming out to see us 'en famille' so should be a good evening [;)]
