944 Turbo S standard gearbox. Take off with launch control (around 0.5bar boost) makes 1st gear look short ;)

Does it have traction control as well as launch control? Looks like it needs it the way you laid down two tracks of rubber all the way through 2nd gear

what kind of plenum are you going to build? What can be seen now, seems to be rather small.Are you planning to build a dual chamber one?
