Evora Evening Wed 3rd August

Was a cracking event and good to chat to you 964RS . Thanks to all involved with it. The Evora I took out was well nice but having a Micra as a daily drive a 4 speed wheelbarrow is an upgrade! [:D]

Hi Chris

Thanks for organising the evening. Nice to compare something a bit different. Impressive but at £69K the red S I drove didn't look much value compared to a 911.

Excellent evening Chris, many thanks to you and JCT for putting on a very enjoyable event!

As others have mooted, the Evora is a cracking sports car, but 70k for the red one, I dont think so. I will be sticking with my beetle....[:D]

Hi Chris, thanks for a great evening Tom and I both really enjoyed it. It was good to compare something "new" to my 911 which is 7 years old, however the 911 wins hands down for me!

Also if I had £60k plus to spend..........it would have to be a GT3

Thanks,

Tony

Hi Chris,

I agree with the other replies, a good evening. The Evora was ok but I still prefer my Carerra S, my young lad does too he thought it was a bit of a squash in the 911 until we went for a spin in the Evora!!!

Thanks again

Chris
