Fast idle 993RS

I posted on the regular 993 thread, but just repeating here.. I have a ‘95 C16 993 RS Comfort. Standard spec. Mine for 5 faultless years. I am having a weird idle - running in to traffic the car settles at 925RPM and then steadily creeps up to 1100, 1200 and as high as 1250. I have looked at ICV, checked for air leaks, looked at ECU data (with the fabulous Colin at Ninemeister) but cannot resolve.. any ideas? The car has also been up at Tuthill for service, they were also not able to resolved (which was disappointing).
