Would like to come too but the CS is in Yorkshire! Lift, anyone? The CR-V wouldn't keep up and the VFR is too quick. [:D][:D][:D]

actually I've just been informed by the Führer that I'm not available......may pop along to Dakota to say hello but will then have to return home as ordered[>:]

you can buddy up with me if you like,

Sorry, We are away that weekend. Would've been a nice way to celebrate my first year of Porsche ownership too.

Two runs organised and I've not been able to make either. Perhaps March is looking promising!

Expect a fast run.....unless you're in a MINI (me), a good group of people who will make you both very welcome & a nice breakfast at the end of it all.

Why don't you pop along to either Dakota at South Queensferry this Thursday or Sherbrooke in Glasgow next Tuesday for one of our regular monthly meetings. It's very informal and you'll be able to meet some of us before the run??

Cheers

Kim

I'll do this one. But i'll be in the honda,I hope that is ok and I don't get pensalised for having an unfair advantage by turning up in a road racer. lol

Rikki,

We do a couple of different types of run, some that are more of a drive to look at the scenery and others that are a bit of a blast,

this is more of a blast,

you and missus will be very welcomg to attend, just let me know that you are coming along,

plan is meet dakota, for 9am, for a quick cuppa, then leave 9.30 sharp, its about 60 odd miles to moffat, should take just over and hour and its just a convoy type run down,

expect around 10 cars, 10 to 20 people along and breakfast is at one of the hotels in moffat, its a cheap and cheerful breaky, think it was £8 or so last time, for full scottish including toast and tea,

then most will head off home around, midday, m74 north for glasgow or back the way you came !

regards
Scott.

Thanks Kim and Scott.

Put me and my better half down on the list please :)

Wont be able to make any of the meets before hand due to other commitments but the run sounds perfect.

Thanks,

Rik

Sorry guys I can't make this one as I'll be risking life and limb on a French mountain side . I should , however , manage the Sherbrooke next Tuesday , the evening before I go .
