Motorist, Sherburn in Elmet LS256JE
We aim to meet at 10.00am departing 11am.
There will be two revised routes of approximately 100 miles and we will suggest places to stop en-route for coffee etc.
Route Guidance will be paper copies with Google maps options for those who require them.
Unfortunately, Trenchers will only accept a block booking of 30 people from 4pm on both days, making the event a ‘high tea’ rather than lunch. The restaurant have agreed to hold tables for up to 15 minutes in case anyone is delayed.
We are hoping to confirm car parking at the Co-op as usual from 3pm onwards. This will give members plenty of time to arrive in Whitby and enjoy a stroll round the town, ‘weather gods permitting!’
There will be a charge of £5 per car for the CO-OP this will go to the Air Ambulance Charity.
We also aim to run a raffle on both dates in aid of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Would those wishing to do the run forward the following details to me at r7touring@gmail.com. Please annotate details as:- Fish and chip run 23. Please also state if you wish to dine in at Trenchers.
