And you should see the rest of RSR's car, it's one of the best 924 turbo's I've every seen [

True enough, though as all us modified 951 owners are only too aware; standard car price + modification cost does not = modified market value. [&o] That said I do think its worth much closer to £5k than £2.5k !!!ORIGINAL: CarreraRSR He He, £2500 couldn't pay for the wheels, the OEM CGT intercooler or the engine in parts alone. Also add the car in standard trim and that would be worth £2.5k alone. Add the kit, fitting, paint plus numerous other extras. There you have the £5k asking price. You couldn't replicate this car for less than £5k.
Well now that is a fact, and I'm probably arguing my point for the sake of it now because I don't like to admit defeat. I agree too that more modern and more powerful is not always well.. more, but it's not a CGT which I would consider over a 944t regardless of whether its rare or not because its light and characterful. I just feel anyone who goes out with £5k in their pocket and drives both would end up in a 944t. Perhaps I'll be proved wrong.ORIGINAL: CarreraRSR The cared for early 924's are more resistant to rust as well !!
To be fair as well I'd be scratching my head over that dilemma. However I'd be replacing the 944T rear wings for 924 quarter panels and CGT arches. Best of both worlds [ORIGINAL: DivineEWell now that is a fact, and I'm probably arguing my point for the sake of it now because I don't like to admit defeat.
