I was there with the missus [;)]

Great day out and nice to put names to faces. Well done to the organiser.

I was well impressed with the club HQ

Regards

Paul (and Cathy)

Tracey & I were there too, great to meet you both Paul & Cathy.
Congratulations to Paul for organising another great day, very entertaining talk from those Plymouth - Dakar nutters.
I hope the rest of this summers activities are blessed with such good weather.

...where were you al?l[&o]

In bed asleep [:-]

This year will be a bad one for me event wise as all the major club activities are on the weekend when I'm on Nights [:(]

Anyway we felt so embarressed about the huge number of 944's last year that we thought we'd give the others a chance. How many 968s did you get Dave - new record? [8D]

Nice to meet you Helen.
Some pics.

A few people asked me the colour of my car at FR04. (which was nice) [:D]

It started life described on V5 as `gold` The only bits that arent sprayed are the inner wings which are very close but definitely a `goldener` shade

It was resprayed (by previous owner 2 owners ago) in Leinen Metallic

Herberts paint ref no 81397

The formulation is below..................

Mixing enamel no / Gms

590 / 687.4
597 / 881.1
563 / 894.7
582 / 906.3
580 / 916.0
567 / 922.7
570 / 929.5

Dunno quite what it all means, I suppose its like a Dulux mixing station at B&Q with paint ref and amounts needed to get colour and offer sufficient paint for the job

Great Day, Excellent weather

340 miles round trip, including a pleasant local drive.

Nice to meet rick, thanks for the tips........after seeing your car....must resist the temptation......dam it.....too late....seen it now.[;)]

sorry if my front end offended anybody,
I will kick the wing straight and paint the bumper in the summer (2 inch brush should do it)[:D]

Fantastic pictures Darren, I was too busy to use my camera much.
How many did you take? If possible can you post me a CD-R of them please?

If anyone else has pictures from the day then let me know.

Thanks [:)]

Hopefully you have mail Paul, the one in your profile came back undelivered. Just in case e-mail your address.

Me again, sorry but forgot to add..
There was an Australian Rennlister (Pete) who was planning to come to the Frontrunner as he is over here at the moment and wondered if anything was happening. Unfortunately he ended up in Luton somewhere with the same address[8D]
I have let him know about the Dyno Day, I hope spectating is allowed as I was going to! (wrong thread, now I've got lost)
