Fun day out for sick children

TO ALL

First of all a big thank you to all who came along to the Glasgow meeting with there disclosure forms...Now for the bad news , only 9 turned up out off the 20 that voluntered,Ferdie was very dissapointed as they had traveled through from Edinburgh along with the lady from the charity. PLEASE could all the rest please attend the Edinburgh meeting on Thursday along with your completed forms and relivent documentation. All forms are supposed to be by this weekend and if they are not the lady will have to visit each of you individualy at your home or work place. So PLEASE move on this as a matter of URGENCY as you will be letting the children down as well as the club .

Thank you

Brian

Brian, I already have my Disclosure certificate because I'm a Registered Curling Coach. I can't yet fully commit to this day out and will not be able to until much nearer the time but can you put me down as a provisional ?....also can you find out if me bringing this certificate on the day will be sufficient or do they need sight of it in advance ? Thanks, Jim ( not Catherine)

Just a quick update - speaking to Ferdie last night I believe he only has about 45 people who have completed the Disclosure forms - so all those who committed can you get in touch with him to arrange your disclosure. Please note the process takes about 4 weeks from you handing in your forms, so you need to get it done ASAP.

Just a post to keep this on top ...are you all siged up . I am still waiting for clearance from DS to come back ,do you think it's because I once bought a MJ single?

Brian

Mine came back really quickly within a couple of weeks. They must have wiped my records when I got my new identity after the witness protection kicked in. ;O)

Easy to drop the forms off at Ocean terminal if you still need to complete them and get them verified.
