hey Gary, please could you help us load the piccie properly, John spent ages on this but couldn't get it to work .

What seems to be the problem? There are many ways to load pics on this site. From uploading them directly, linking to a pic hosted somewhere else (eg. photobucket.com), or even having thumbnail pics that launch the full size pic (again hosted from somewhere like photobucket).
