Have we met before?[:D]

Sorry thats now 3 of us

4 now! after all the Zymoling, I hate to get in a dusty looking car, looked at the lovely fleecey lined ones in complimentary colours with contrasting piping and Porsche emblem on the front, ended up with two dust sheets from the local builders merchant which work just as well and wee bit cheaper.

I keep the boxster in the Garage....moved house especially to a new one with 2 car garage when I knew the boxster was coming (no kidding!). This keeps the car dry in the rain, frost free in the winter and scumbag free all year round.

As for stupidly obsessive - my in-laws won' t put a wet car in the garage because the moisture will rust their lawnmower and bikes........so obviously the £200 worth of rusty lawnmower is more valuable to them that the 10,000 car they leave outside to decay!

Not yet but if you are going to Eynsham, I' ll stand you a G&T or two.

We must have met in a previous life ..... you know what I drink![8D]

As for Eynsham, well I hadn' t planned on going, but who knows ...

Forgive the novice questions (new to this game) but;

1. Where is Eynsham?
2. Errm what do you do there?
3. When is it?

Where is Eynsham?

What to do ? it is the annual PCGB ' get together' , so.........turn up and enjoy
When ? August 30/31 (Sat/Sun)

It seems there may still be a need for volunteers for various odds and sods, see various threads on that (Hell-on-Wheels has a good line on that !)

Eynsham hall is at WITNEY,nr Oxford. it' s hosting the PCGB National event which is held yearly over two day' s and includes trade stands, fair rides, event' s,challenges, hog roast' s fire works, hot air balloon' s.................and an awful lot more.
it' s a great laugh, and a good chance to meet and mix with other Porsche owners.
Please see your Porsche post for more details (July issue had a two page spread)
see page 16 in your August posche post.

please note Eynsham Hall is nowhere near the village of Eynsham.

well I hadn' t planned on going, but who knows ...

It' s a case of " be there or be somewhere else !" If you can stand a night under canvas as all the accomodation seems to have been snapped up then you would be welcome to join the survivors De La Sarthe i.e. all the Le Mans veterans having a bloody good time and there may well be some alcohol involved. Difficult to believe but entirely possible.

Sounds like great fun. Unfortunately, I am in Southampton/New Forest that weekend .. so won' t be able to make it. Next year maybe.

Brian ... does that mean 4 G&Ts next year?[:D]

" half cut and not your wife you mean" ?

Half cut with 4 G&Ts? Just getting started mate!
