Yes that is quite normal as long as the smoke does not last beyond a few seconds. See previous threads on the subject. By the way, why are you not a member? If you can afford a turbo, you certainly can afford about a quid a week for a great magazine, free advice, great events and super people! Dereck, Thanks for the reply... will check the previous threads. I can certainly (just... after having paid for the PCCB) afford the membership... but have moved from the UK & now commute between France & Greece. Maybe I should check if they accdept overseas members as I really enjoy the forum...

Yes, of course we accept overseas members and will send the magazine to your home address. The Club have a great annual visit to Le Mans which of course is closer to you than if you lived in UK.
