Getting to the maximum speed of my C4S- any ideas?

I had one of those emergency puncture repairs carried out by Porsche Assistance last weekend, and had the displeasure of driving 35 miles at no more than 40mph

Got a lot of disapproving looks from other road users despite having my hazard warning lights on, and driving as close to the left hand side of the road as possible

On the plus side, I averaged 37.5 mpg for the journey
