Gleneagles 2nd August

Right big Al, Sean and Boydy made it last year with other halves.

What about Jane?

Kim too?

Has Yasmin disappeared?

Looks like we need to rattle a few cages.

There is sauna and steam room for relaxing after a tiring round of golf. Hairdryer too Alison.

Charles

Jane is on holiday so can't make it.
I will email Kim and noise her up. I'm sure she will be game.
Fraser can't make it either.

I will ask David Glasgow (although he always wusses out)

Sauna and Steam after tiring round of golf sounds bliss. Lets hope I've got my swing back by then. 1 lesson with the Pro and it all went to pot! [:(]

I emailed Mr Bang Olufsen and asked him, but no response. Gordon and Evelyn Bell can't make it either.

thats 18. Magazine comes out in the next couple of days which will likely get a few more - I'd cut it down to 25 charles...that gives us space for 8 more, which should be plenty

Just got the Mag. Named and shamed!

I'll give it until the weekend and confirm nos.

We could even open it to Ferarri drivers? What do you think?

No sillly idea. They will just flash their Rolex and Armani! ;O)

Plenty of Porsches up their too so can just drag their drivers along for a meal.

Hi all,
Looking forward to meeting everyone on Thursday.
Can anyone fill me in on details for this event? It's all a bit sketchy for a newbie like me.

Cheers
Andrew

I have been trying to get to a club night all year, especially the PC 'job' but have failed being out of the country on a regular basis. Did get to Le Mans this year and avoided 'Jean Dammes' at 140 mph! but will be far more relaxed on the way to Gleneagles on Thursday. Count me in.

No idea what time or format from the extensive chat.... say 7.30 pm or will I miss something?

cheers ........ Michael (very old 911 3.2 in red!) [:D]

Thats 23 if my count is correct.

Am I right in thinking we're in the Golf Clubhouse and not the main hotel?

Turn in the main drive and it is the second large white building on the left. There will be capped people in Plus 4s going in and out so try and blend in with your outfits. Diamonds and checks are in so are Burberry caps!

We have some golfers going out at five but table is booked for 19.30 for 20.00

Loads of parking up on the right after the Dormy if the parking in front is full.

Meet in the bar on the left for drinks from 19.30. If you arrive after 2000 then the dinning room is on the right.

I need to phone Wed. night to give them final nos.

Charles
