Chaps,
A Q for those who work on their cars themselves. Do you use gloves or barrier cream?
I use latex gloves; they keep your hands clean(er), and offer slight protection against damage to your skin. Vinyl gloves are slightly tougher but you lose a little bit of touch through them. The downside (or either type) is that they rip and then become a pain; you need to down tools to change them, which is a nuisance.
Does anyone use barrier cream instead? I never have, but am curious; if you use it, what brands are good (and what is to be avoided)?
Oli.
