Grande Feast September 9th

Another bumper Grande Feast, thanks to everyone who could attend and especially to all those who brought some amazing food and drinks for our members to enjoy. It was a pleasure to meet with a few new members in a nice relaxed atmosphere where you could mingle and chat. While the trio of David's knocked up some of Costco's finest for us all to enjoy it allowed Deb & I to spend a bit more time socialising for a change which was great, thanks guys. Unfortunately it was to be short lived when someone pointed out David B had a flat tyre in the car park no escaping that one unfortunately I know how that feels after Porkers! A small price to pay after the great work David had put in on the BBQ all day.

We counted up at the end of the evening and this years BBQ raised £313.65 which will be added to the money from Witton and donated to The Great North Air Ambulance.

Thank you all once again for your support of this worthy cause.

Greg & Deb.
