U got a much better engine Keith , for a start thats not twin spark and for the money i bet there are'nt any special rods or titanium bolts ...............big ol intercooler if u saved up though !

Anyone seriously interested should have it properly looked at by someone who knows about these. Incorrect seats, Race style cross bar in door shuts and no heating system. Not the end of the world, but just worth looking at properly for the money being asked.

RSR, I noticed the details you mentioned and assumed it was more likely a race car converted to road use rather than a real clubsport? I understood from speaking to yourself & Mr S that there were 20-21 CS rather than the 7 mentioned in the ad...all a bit too spurious for my liking.

I'm not suggesting its not a real clubsport, but worth having it looked at properly to be sure what you get for your money. After all I had a genuine 993 RS Clubsport with surprise surprise: incorrect seats, cross bar added to door shut and no heating system connected up, plus more mods.

Agreed could be a modified CS...best keep them standard if you ask me [:)]

Did you get your pulley from the nice man at Porsche motorsport? I was hoping you would be running at brands on Sunday, looking forward to seeing you & car cutting our way through the field of also rans as before [:D]

small world and all that , i was chatting to someone who knows the car today, apart from the mods already listed , so clearly it is nt a virgin, even if done by one of the best and most reputable tuners in Europe .............the bill of Eu 20 000 , mentioned in the write up,does nt give a fair impression of how much has been done ............it must be way more than that , story is that its had a good number of owneres most of whom got too scared to drive it ........................also for some of them it was VERY STEEP LEARNING CURVE , maybe a little too steep and even short !
As Paul says anyone with that kinda money to blow should have it thorooughly checked ............................................there are still mint unmolested cars around way under this level ..................of course specials , gorgeous kit developed at the factory theres a black GT2 R literally mint where the guy wants Eu 450 , it might just be worth it ..................funny old world !

Your pensions looking ok Vic [;)]

Just don't think about it though when it comes to booking trackdays [:D]
