Richards car is /was a 911t,its now highly modified and very quick.He is allowed because the regs say he can,which is fine.Its nice to see such beasts out there.The open used to be about anything goes,which now only realy applies to class1,sadly.Main reason is running michelin tyres! in the other classes.( this has reduced the number of cars running in the open over the last couple of years.)
