Just wondering what Mods (No matter how small) you might have carried out that might be considered odd but you really like....????

Ok i will go first ..In my office i have my standard steering wheel..because in my car I have a larger one,do like the leverage and feel of this in a road car IMG_7743.jpeg

Missed having a cubby compartment in this car so much and didn’t realise, somewhere to drop my phone etc ,still getting used to the retro stereo not hugely intuitive but maybe that’s because I’m old !

Back in early days I had a switchable boost controller
wired into the rear wiper switch - turn on the rear wiper ( deleted) car went faster . Used to make me laugh but its removed now

Not sure they are that quirky but - On my coupe I have some little LEDs that shine on the switches in the centre console area and a thin plastic strip on the leading edge of the bonnet to stop water running off it into the cone air filter - not seen anyone else do that - does that make it quirky! rear wiper delete but lots of people do that - though I had re-routed the wire to put an IC intercooler spray bottle and pump in the spare wheel well - not got around to it. Also have a fixed headlight conversion for it. Engine Mods all fairly 'standard' stuff though my boost controller is in the glove box - and I did have an LED in the centre console that lit up when the turbo coolant pump thermo switch operated. I have a narrow and wideband afr gauges. If a fit an LS3 is that quirky? :)

Cabriolet is standard - other than covers over fog/driving lights, an ancient boost bleed valve and wheels - Cup 1 (silver) or cup 2 (black) 17s

Did fancy fitting a duck caller or Kazoo 'teed' into a boost line with an adjustable valve so I could 'quack' if boost went over the pre set limit - this was after my boost controller sprang a leak in the monitor line and gave me over 30PSi and wheel spin on a cold damp A30 in 4th gear....

That's a good idea. Over the years I've went into unlimited boost mode via a WG diaphragm failure, a failed manual boost controller and the boost line popping off at the banjo bolt. I think 28psi was the most I saw...............
