Identify Sticker help

There appears to be the remnants of a sticker under the bonnet of my Cayenne Diesel, just to the left of the Mobil 1 sticker as in the pic below.

Does anyone know what this is and if it can still be purchased from an OPC or elsewhere.

The picture I found is an example only and not from your model of Cayenne Peter, although possibly generic ?

I can not enlarge without distorting ... Design 911 may be able assist or your local OPC ?
