I would point out that a lot of paying Club members don't like non-members using the forum, paid for by them, as a free advertising site. We have free ads for Members in the magzine and on the website, but others have to pay. Why should the forum not be the same? There is also a "for sale" forum, so many people don't like adverts on the wrong forum. It might be pedantic, old-fashioned, snobby, whatever. Fact is that they have a right to the forum they pay for as well. [8|]

Personally I've always fought for the forum to accept non-member's adverts as it could benefit the members to have parts or cars advertised here, but I won't criticise the people who don't like it. Particularly the ones who have supported the Club or forum for many years by paying, or contributing their knowledge for nothing. JMHO, not trying to attack anyone here.

Luke, easy way to add images is to host them somewhere like photobucket. Next time, why not put the advert in the "for sale" forum where it might get interest from people who don't look at this 944 area all the time?

And here is the resized photo....at last!

For sale! £2500.

Many thanks

Luke.

Hmmmm now I sold my 911 through the 911uk forum!

4 years ownership 633 posts .. lots of advice given and taken .........

If you see someone seling a car with 600 posts and you review thier posts and see they make sense (or don't) then it gives you a good idea of whether your buying a "possibly" well looked after car.

I am a tad lost on thisóne .. I think it really should be moved to the classified bit as anyone on here looking to swop cars wil;l look there.

Hence having a classified bit!

Similar to having 944/996/etc/etc catergories.

Do love Slate grey lol sorry back to the point ... hmmmm

posts can be taken in the wrong way to as its written text and you can't see someones face don't forget.

Also ... Everyone is entitled to there own viewpoint on a post so ........... you put your neck on the block and see what happens really........!
