Immobiliser probs

I have read the correspondance from spender1 with some disbelief, but need say no more as it has been quite eloquently expressed by others. More importantly I have been impressed by the maturity and dedication of club officials and members, and non members, still attempting to help spender1.
Toolpants is obviously a valuable contributor from the USA.
How about honorary membership for such worthwhile contributors??????????????????

I took the trouble to speak to a Porsch mechanic today, funnily enough he did not tell me what car he drove, or if he went by a sexy nickname. he did however give me honest, straightforward advice, no links, no need to resort to prayer etc.

So I bid you all adios as I venture onto forums new, hopefully to find similarly minded individuals as you.

Hello Girls.

Been popping in and out just to see how things are progressing. Almost addictive these things.

A couple of points to ponder......

To Toolpants (non Club member but v. knowledgable)

Posting links which require laborious registration, simply complicates matters. As I stated previously straight forward advice is all that is required. With reference to your second posting, nothing new here really apart from some scaremongering. The cost of replacement and re-programming is far from prohibitive and should not be described as such.

You obviously spend far too much time on here. Do yourself a favour, log off and get some fresh air.

Porsches have mid or rear engine layout, rear or 4 wheel drive, deliver up to 500hp, limited slip diffs, 19in wheels, ceramic brakes... what exactly do you find girly about those cars is beyond me! You cant fit in? Have you ever tried Ferrari challenge stradale, lotus esprit, BMW Z4M or even race cars? I am sure you will find a challenge there or maybe they are kinda girly too...[:-]

At the end of the day you are judging a guys manhood from the make of his wheels I think it is you who needs to get out more and take things less seriously...[;)]
You are about one thing though we forget about the loosers we buy them, we thrash them and then take care of them so we cam thrash them again...
 
Have read the above and it seems to boil down to the fact that he couldn't be bothered registering at boxa.net (all of what, five minutes work?)
Every post since his first had been abusive name calling -- given this, why hasn't his membership been suspended or cancelled?

You can't really ban the bloke because he's providing too much entertainment. Think about it; before political correctness the fairs used to have freaks. The game has just moved on a bit and now it's the freak on the 'net that keeps us all entertained instead [;)]
