So first things first - need to get a full alignment and suspension set up (think it may be set up too low - i hear good things about Chris at Centre Gravity??), check what decibels its putting out and get it on a rolling road.

Definitely take it to Chris, dont make assumptions about the settings before you get there. I assume it has the correct rear suspension plates to allow the right adjustment on the rear (otherwise you wont manage RS ride height and decent geo). Assuming the billies are adjustable (must be!) then go for the track package, so you get the car corner weighted too

......but then I'm sure you know all of this. [8|] Nice purchase!

Sorry johnny!! I've bought lots of cars sight unseen but this was the biggest no brainer of them all. It would sell for double in euroland. I wouldn't care but if it winds you up more I paid quite a bit less than asking and we deducted the inspection from that[:-] He had over 30 calls in the first day and many offers well above asking but I have to be thankful he has real integrity and told them all it was sold...not many like that anymore, really nice guy and just bought a 997 GT3.

yup it needs harnesses but no radio for me, it has an orchestra in the back!

Whereabouts in Newcastle are you? It's where I'm from.

You really are in no mans land when it comes to tracks up there though aren't you [&o] Hope they don't close Croft down....looks like the witch is pushing for it though[&o]
