So.. any change of getting this and its predecessor threads converted into a sticky, either for this forum or the FAQ section?
I'm happy to compile the whole thing into a summary posting covering, say, the last three months' entries if it will help... then if everyone adds their own renewal experience underneath, then after three months it is easy to re-summarise.
