The phone lives in the cassette box when I'm driving, as you can see/do everything from the screen on the dash []
Fen, the GPS receiver for the B2 is on the dash just under the tax disc and the laser detector is on the screen in front of the rear view mirror.

I also took a wider shot this time to show the GPS antenna and the laser detector for the B2 - it all installs very neatly I have to say.

was pleased when my 968 cubby box turned up and I could start using the hole again.
Blimey!!!!! I didn't realise it had finally arrived, how long did that take from first order

IIRC it was 9 months. The first one turned up within a week but had to go back as it was a 944 cubby box - even when you give them the part number they still get it wrong []
I wish I'd ordered 6 while I was about it. I could have made a killing on eBay.

Hey Andy, I'm looking at getting a bluetooth handsfree kit and saw you have one of the Parrot systems, which seem quite decent value. Looks quite neat in your car the way you have installed it too. Would you recommend it, or have you had many problems?
I have to say it's been spot on, although apparently quite hard for folk to hear me above the road/engine noise if I'm doing 90+. Fine at 65 / 70 though []
As soon as I fire up the car it connects to the phone and everything's shown on the screen so you can leave the phone in your pocket/bag. Will support 5 phones so if anyone else uses the car they can pair their phone up in the same way.
Very easy to use, works completely handfree if you want i.e. voice command of your choice to answer and hangup, and also the same to call e.g. I just say "Call" (but you could put any comand in) wait for the beep and then the name of the person you want to call (once you've recorded the voice tags)
