I have an intermittant fault on my 991.2 , which manefests from a cold start up , firstly the heaters will not blow warm air regardless of setting, then , after about 10mins of driving the water temp jumps up from 90 deg all the way to 120 in about 1min. The car does not appear to be overly warm though.
obviously, i stop the car and when i restart after only a minute or so temp is back to normal op temps ( approc 90deg)
I know when the glitch has resolved as the heater starts blowing warm air, after that , then no plroblem.
This process happens about every 2nd or 3rd cold start up ( doesnt happen when engine is warm)
it sounds like a sensor glitch to me . anyone with any ideas?
