Sorry - don't like the wheels or the colour! But each to his own and I hope that you'll be very happy with it.
[8|] thanks for letting us all know [8|]
I was once a car salesman for a very short time - couldn't supply all the vehicles I had sold so was wasting my time! Perhaps I should call myself "dellboy"[]

So James, you're content for others to say what a wonderful choice of colour but choose to be sarcastic when I offer my opinion; I thought that one of the benefits of forums such as this was to gain a balanced view on issues - however, clearly, you believe otherwise!
I wouldn't sit in a pub with a group of 'friends' , and when one brings along his new girlfriend say out loud in front of him ' she's nice but I don't like her hair & she a bit too fat' . Just because we are on a public forum doesnt mean we can't have manners [8|]

My wife wanted her new Boxster in 'Blood Orange'. Great colour for certain 911s/914s, but a bit of an over-statement on a Boxster. In the end she relented because it would only work with a 'black' interior which she hated.

I'm sure if your post had started, 'love the car, not my choice of colour or wheels...' I would have 'read' it as a positive opinion , unfortunatly I interpretted it as ' it looks s-h-i-t-e ' , which I thought was unneccesary.
Guess we have just had a communication problem []
As a point of interest, when John 1st told me he had a white Boxster, I wasn't sure what to expect as white cars have never appealed to me. When I saw their last one in the 'flesh' I was very suprised, it looked superb & made a change from all the black & silver ones you always see []
I'm sure there are plenty of people who don't like the colour of my 2.4S too []

James, let's just agree to have a difference of opinion. I did not intend to offend anyone - but if I have then I apologise. I offered a somewhat terse 'fast reply'; sorry if it's not what you or anyone else wanted to hear. By the way, my wife and I like Pastel Yellow - if I've identified the colour correctly; nearly bought a Boxster in that colour.

a man of taste [] , my car is 'light yellow' which is pretty close to pastel yellow. You can't loose it in the car park []
