A geeky point: a 1989 Turbo is a '944 Turbo'. The 220bhp 1988 Turbo was a '944 Turbo' and the 1988 250bhp turbo was a '944 Turbo S' in most places, a '944 Turbo Cup' in France and a '944 Turbo with Special Equipment' /SE here.
This is what caused the S/SE confusion. []

Yes, it was on Pistonheads recently, chap who owned it has replaced it with a very nice red 944 Turbo cabriolet,
Colour is Baltic blue, inside is cream leather (see pic)
I took it down to Andy Moss this morning to book it in for next week, he confirmed it has Koni adjustable shocks and big black brakes, would that mean it has the M030 handling pack? Andy will be taking a closer look at the full inspection next week.
Bridge spoiler was added in 2004
Looking through the masses of paperwork I have found a receipt for £575 for a reprogammed chip carried out my AmD in 2002 along with Dyno graphs before and after net result- 290.4 BHP at the flywheel and 287.2 lb/ft - I think that may be quite a bit []
Is it a Turbo S or SE ? no idea, but it looks pretty[]
It's certainly a bit nippier than my old 944 S []

Just as well as the Big Black 928 GTS items have horrifically pricey bits (£200 for a brake disc, and around £80 for a pair of stock pads, or not far off £500 for a front disc and pad change in parts alone!).
It is a lovely colour. My first S2 had similar combination of colours, and I did love that combo. Enjoy, considering it looks as if you have an S specced Turbo or at the very least the M030 package.

Looks a cracker and good value. Those wheels in gloss black.....ooh yeah! [8D]
The wheels are coming off [] I really don't like them and dont believe 18in wheels do much for her road manners, I have already sourced a set of replacements.
Thanks again for all your comments, unfortunately I dony know the original spec of the car as the label usually located in the boot appears to have gone walkabout. Anyone know if Porsche keep records of specific vehicle specs when new ?
