Joint run with Region 18 on Sunday April 8th

Thanks Deb and Greg for another great run. Breakfast was lovely, especially considering the price. The roads were brilliant, quite a lot that I have been driving for the last 20 or so years so really enjoyed seeing them packed with porkers.

We're being spoiled with runs and club life, thank you to all that made this run so fun.

Great food, great company, great roads. Thanks Deb & Greg for arranging another fantastic day out.

An absolutely 1st class day out with really nice people.

It's been a while since Chris and I were able to get out on one of Greg and Debs runs, but I sincerely hope we can make more of them this year; Fantastic :)

Also, thanks for the 'Martini' comments, our favourite was the question about whether I ran out of money...

Really enjoyed the run out today, thanks Greg and Deb for organising it.

I had a bit of an expensive day needing a new windscreen after a stone flying up cracked it but I still really enjoyed it and it was great meeting everyone

Thanks again

Just wanted to add my comments to Simon's (Saxosim) - thank you to Greg, Deb and all who attended today's run, for welcoming us into the R3 group. It was good to feel welcomed at breakfast before setting-off for a great jaunt up to Kielder. My son Adam echoed the same feeling.

Incredible to see a great variety of models and ages (cars!! before anyone thinks i'm being politically-incorrect!!), all being enjoyed as they should. Was chuffed to put an owner to the car I've seen about half a dozen times around Northumberland when out on my bike over the last 5 years or so - Keith's lovely 964. Looking forward to seeing some pics, and we'll pull best of ours together onto a dropbox or something for Greg and Deb to add to the collection. Looking forward also to seeing the drone footage capture by Al.

We three (Saxosim, Al Satch and me - plus a passenger) left Kielder to head to Carlisle and then down to Penrith, in order to come home via Alston & Hartside Pass etc - ended up the quickest and direct route to Carlisle was the same Newcastleton route and a cross-border raid!.

Penrith-->Alston & Hartside blast was epic for us - another demonstration of the abilities these incredible cars are capable of.

Oh, and I also met another David Bradford who wasn't my late dad!

Thanks very much everyone.

David

Another cracking R3 blast and one of my favourite routes, topped off with a trip to Sally's and the Hartside blast. Two hundred miles of smiles.

Cheers once again Deb and Greg.

'twas good. Ta!

A great event thank you, Deb and Greg. Super route. Only took off once, so clearly not trying hard enough!

Great video of the shakedown run. Excellent location shots, professional look, great drone piloting and some amusing captions too. The one thing missing is our car, wish we could have made it there!
