This is not an issue with a 993 - should be able to pull cleanly from this [;)]

Cheers Maurice

Yes the Clutch and DFM were replaced along with the plug leads and 24K service

I cleaned the ISV as I was getting bad idle 2 or 3 years ago and that's been fine.

I don't know what the Garage did for testing the throttle body and position sensor, just says checked on the invoice! Same for engine Mounts

Suspension was check at Centre Gravity before christmas with a clean bill of health other than a very small pin hole in the top mount bracket.

The Clutch was just replaced before I bought it 12 years ago.

The Car is back in the Garage fixing things that came out wrong

Engine pulls very well in all gears

Who would you recommend that know 993's very well and you trust. ideally not miles away and has courtesy cars

If you're looking for left-field options then EMC Motorsport in Saltley, Birmingham might be a good shout. They are very well known for their work building Porsche race cars and know them inside and out, including the 993. They built my 968 and I've been very impressed with their knowledge and diagnostic ability. They also provide general garage services.

See [link=http://emcmotorsport.eu/]http://emcmotorsport.eu/[/link]. It might be worth giving them a call and speaking to Kevin or Alex.

Cheers/John
