looks very nice (even if it is pink!)

Understand that the asking price is £140k!!!!!!

In the Cotswolds fairly close to where I live but from the outside and from what I've read seems a very 'exclusive' company. I assume if you turn up in a vintage Bentley wearing red corduroys with bulging pockets you might be invited in. [;)]

Given there are only 70 odd RHD examples this is not a surprise, I would love to do a head count of remaining RHD 964RS still left in the UK.

sadly undriveable now due to destruction of value.....

......even "real world" RS are getting thin on the ground these days at the track....

Well Kevin , at least you are bucking the trend [;)]

I wonder if Des foresaw the catastrophic effect of talking the price up on a car model that was meant to be driven not stored.

I know I'm not the expert... but a "Safety Devices" cage?? Was that really a UK option on a "Lightweight"? I presumed would have come with a Matter cage?

How about a std LHD RS for £125k. Gone up £35k in a matter of days... And a clubsport for only £5k more....[8|]

True, because due to the insurance excess, it actually works out cheaper to buy a decent track car and just leave it there getting the bus home if you have a smack!

You have to track an RS in very good company with like minded drivers these days.

Anyway, nice example in "Monkey bum", not sure I would be happy with the heated rear screen being fitted though, maybe with the low miles it's handy to keep your hands warm pushing it in and out of the garage in winter? [:D]

No, heated rear screens usually were installed after certain complaints of the employees in the sexy carwash

Correct, Matter Full or Half bolt in an option .....

So the Safety Devices cage really shouldn't be there --- for clarity.

But a good cage manufacturer --- and much beter tha a Heigo aliminium cage ---

Chris original factory option for the 964RS Carpet was a half or Full Matter bolt in cage, air con and glovebox delete as well as colour coded centre wheels .....
