Karting - Wroughton - 28 February

Derek as one of the record breaking crew from the UK to Australia how come Aylesbury is too far?[8|]
 
Graham, Many thanks for suggesting the Aylesbury karting circuit. I've now checked out Rogue's group events, as well as other circuits at Leamington Spa and Milton Keynes. As it's like trying to compare apples with oranges, I've put together a comparision table for these 4 indoor circuits which is shown below. My feeling is that on balance Wroughton still offers the best deal with better, faster karts and a good long 0.5 km circuit. FWIW, I've driven karts at Wroughton and MK in the past and both are good but Wroughton has the edge in my view because of the superior karts they run. Just my thoughts. UPDATE: Mr Karting has just told me they have recently shortened their circuit and the total length is now 210 metres, not 270 metres as previously.
 
Just to let you know that we have now booked a group karting session for Club members at the Swindon Karting Arena on Saturday morning 28th February. The cost for taking part in the event will be £40 per driver PAYABLE IN ADVANCE to Swindon Karting. We need a minimum of 6 people for it to run. I haven't had anyone confirmed they've booked yet. Do we still want to go ahead with this group karting session?...
 
Time's running out if you want to take part in our group karting session on Saturday morning 28th February. So far we've not had enough people confirm their booking for Swindon Karting to run the event for us. Looks like we have the minimum number needed to run the group session now. We've still got spaces for a few more if anyone's still interested.
