Knocking and Rattling From The Front

Those prices look good. However, what does it mean "with accessories" because that is £138.34. Also do they get supplied with the required fastners? If not where can I find these?

Sorry for the questions, but planned to get the suspension jobs done over the Easter weekend. Once done I can book the trip to Reims!
