Les Murray Memorial Drive

Thank you all those that have put your names down, we're looking forward to a great run out and it looks like the weather will be with us all day, for those with convertibles it's a great chance to have the hood down and the wind in your hair.

If anyone else would like to come along please put your name down, if you decide late then it's not a worry, I'll be checking up until I leave tomorrow morning.

Hi Chris I think that Anth will join up with the 944 I am bring the 996 and Peter Simpson is bringing the 986CS

Is it just donations or is there going to be a fee for the route map ??? It's a thought!

Morning All,

Great to see a few more coming, everyone is very welcome and in any car. We'll see those that can at Metro Centre - Toys R Us Car park next to the golden arches.

Dave, Mike, No problem. We'll see you at Snods. I can give you a call when we leave Metro Centre if you like?

Great drive out! Was a perfect day with good weather.

My best memory today was driving between Stanhope and Alston, passed Killhope Wheel with Alison's stunning 993 ahead of us (photo attached) and an array of gorgeous Porsches strung out behind winding their way along the country road. It was such a good view I fluffed my gear change (no Kenny that is not a euphemism!).
